I have a boiler or furnace and my whole house is cold, I have no heat.

I would like to point out the difference between a boiler and a furnace. many home owners refer to all heating systems as a furnace, but plumbing and heating contractors refer to a boiler as a heating unit that heats a home with hot water or steam, and a furnace as a heating unit that heats a home with warm air.
To avoid confusion, I will call all heating systems that heat with hot water and steam, a boiler, not a furnace.
I will call any system that heats a home with warm air, a furnace, not a boiler.
