If your drain is clogged because of roots you will need to have the drain line cleared and the roots removed before you apply the RootX.

If this is the first time you are using RootX in your drain system, or if you have not used Rootx for more then a year, you will need to have the drain line snaked out before applying RootX.

You will receive a registration card and instructions with your order, you must fill out and mail the registration card upon use of the RootX, or the guarantee will be void.

Refunds will only be given if, 1. the order was sent back within 30 days of my shipment date. 2 The product has not been opened. 3 if the product is 100% hard and cannot be used.

It's very important that you understand 100% hard is 100% hard, some crust at the top of the container is not 100% hard and I will not refund product sent back because of this, clumps are also not 100% hard and I will not refund product sent back because of clumps.
The clumps and the crust can de crushed back to powder and will not cause the product not to work. If product is returned opened and is not 100% hard I will discard it and not send a refund. If the product is sent back within 30 days and has not been open I will send a refund less the cost of shipping.
