Hot water Boiler
If you have heat in your home but it feels like it is not enough, you are on the right page, If you have heat in one section of the house and not others please go here If you don't have any heat at all please go here
This page is a guide to help you understand, why your home is not warm enough. Many people think a new, or larger boiler will solve the problem, but in most cases it will not. I have had people ask me to install a new boiler, and after it is installed, they complain that it is not putting out any more heat then the old one. If they told me the problem was not enough heat I would have explained that, most of the time it has nothing to do with the age of the boiler.

When it gets real cold, the house just never gets warm enough, |
Just a part of the house or one room does not get hot enough |
|
There are a few things that will cause this. 1 Poor insulation in the walls and attic
2 Drafty windows
3 Not enough baseboard or radiators are too small.
4 The boiler temperature is too low.
5 The zone is not opening all the way
6 The Circulator pump is bad or is too slow.
